1. To purchase a timepiece, select the “order now” button on the webpage of the watch you wish to purchase. You will then be transferred to PayPal (www.paypal.com), who will handle your payment. PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Free shipment included. All timepieces are warranted free of manufacturing defects for two years from purchase.
2. Your order will be confirmed from PayPal by email to the specified email-address within a few minutes. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please consider checking your spam filter or contact your service provider to check whether emails from PayPal or EZTEEM have been blocked. You can also contact us at info@ezteem.com to check for your order entry. Your order will be processed within 24 hours after receipt, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from EZTEEM stating your shipment tracking number within 3 to 5 business days. Your timepiece will be sent by registered mail (FedEx for shipments to US and Canada). Cost of shipment is included in the price. Please note that there will be no deliveries made during the Christmas holiday period, from Dec 19, 2010 to Jan 9, 2011.
3. Customs and duties

- EU customers (non-Swedish): Swedish VAT is included in the listed price. Thus no additional import duties and taxes will be charged in your country.
- Non-EU customers (excl US/Canada): Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient (based on the purchase price in USD).
4. Customers may return timepieces for a refund without the necessity of giving a reason within 10 days of receipt of their timepiece. However, applicable shipping and bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Ezteem reserves the right to adjust the sales price due to larger currency fluctuations.
